The product was beautiful and the gift recipeints love them. However, the shipping time and communication were underpar. I made contact via your website at least two times to inquire about the delivery date and received no response. It took almost four weeks from order date to arrive. Maybe the delay was due to the post office or carriers. If I received a response to my inquiries I would have been more understanding and a happier customer.
