HOW DO I SELECT - ORDER DIFFERENT COLORS OR STYLE OF ANGELS?

When you are on the product page, first you need to select the color, then quantity and then you need to click on add to cart button. These 3 steps you need to repeat for each color you want to add to your cart! Once you have all the items that you want in your cart (your cart will be visible on the top right corner) you just need to click on checkout button and you are on the way to shipping and payment info. Then you just need to follow the steps!

DOES ADORNBLY DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We ship worldwide. We ship our products from Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We generally deliver all orders in 3 - 7 business days within the USA and and 7 - 14 business days ( for Canadian orders and orders from UK.) For other international orders, shipping time may be up to 25 business days.

There may be the occasional delay due to courier's reasons which are out of our control.

Adornbly uses USPS and DHL, in some cases we may use others couriers.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we provide you with a tracking number.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer Standard Shipping at a rate of $4.97 per order (within the USA) and $6.97 (orders from Canada), $7.97 (orders from UK) and $8.97 for other international orders. We offer free shipping for orders of above $41.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ADORNBLY ACCEPT?

We accept all Credit Card Payments and PayPal.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN? 

We offer 30-days hassle-free return.

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@adornbly.com 

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Adornbly cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
