Return & Refund Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as these costs are incurred during the delivery of your order.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return:
To begin the return process, kindly contact us at info@adornbly.com. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include your order number or the email address used at the time of purchase. We would also love to hear about your experience with the product and the reason for your return.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Order Cancellations & Modifications:
We understand that changes can happen. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages to a different address once shipped. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
